Manager - Safety & Reliability - Full time - Detroit

GENERAL SUMMARY:

In collaboration with the HFHS Director, Quality & Safety, and local level leadership at each business unit, the manager plans, organizes and develops processes/programs to implement and sustain safety and reliability priorities across the organization. Serves as an internal consultant for safety and reliability, measurement strategies, and interpretation of associated standards and system priorities. Develops performance improvement plans with management/staff on an as needed basis. Plans, develops, and implements education and training programs to support the achievement and sustainability of safety and reliability at HFHS. Manages broad business unit and system level, multidisciplinary projects/initiatives of a complex nature.
