Manager, Sales Compensation

Reporting to the Director, Sales Compensation – Canada Retail & Canada Wealth, the Manager, Sales Compensation will join a highly engaged Finance team providing strategic and operational support to Sales & Distribution through the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs. This role requires a strong understanding of distribution strategy to ensure incentive and rewards programs are aligned to business objectives.
