Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on specific sales force programs and applications for the Financial Planning Program.
• Analyze business opportunities to recommend new strategies, programs, and tactics.
• Design and execute programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales force, including the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a suite of sales force applications/programs such as Scorecard, target setting, compensation administration/initiatives, and process improvement.
• Provide support to employees to facilitate the achievement of business results.
• Manage investigations and escalations from sales leaders.
