Manager - Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:-

• Lead, coach and motivate the internal sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing plans and closing tactics based on market insights.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results and implement improvement plans to boost conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, agents and business partners to drive repeat and referral sales.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and ensure excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property or real estate sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
