Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the project sales team to achieve a monthly sales target.
• Ensure at least 70% of the sales team consistently achieves their monthly sales targets.
• Evaluate and guide sales personnel to achieve their monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
• Manage sales galleries to ensure they are maintained in a good and presentable condition.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes by the team, fostering a compliant and efficient sales environment.
• Assess the monthly performance of sales personnel and provide constructive feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales and signed sales targets for projects.
• Analyze and address issues with leads to ensure appropriate solutions between Sales & Marketing team.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
