Job Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself thoroughly with the hotel's room rates, amenities, facilities, and services available to guests.
Develop and maintain new and existing corporate accounts by planning and scheduling sales calls to solicit business for the hotel.
Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to corporate clients interested in booking rooms at the hotel.
Follow the established activity chart that summarizes upcoming sales and promotional activities for the department.
Comply with all established hotel policies and procedures related to room bookings. Inform clients of booking requirements (e.g., submission of Letter of Accommodation, Rooming List) to avoid future issues.
