Job Description

Position Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced Purchaser  to manage procurement of civil works, structural fabrication, piping, roofing, manufacturing shop development, material handling capital items . The role involves technical and commercial evaluation, vendor development, contract negotiation, and coordination with project/engineering teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Plan and execute procurement activities for civil, mechanical contracts  in line with project schedules. 
Source and develop qualified vendors/contractors for civil construction, fabrication, piping, roofing, shop development, E&I contracts, and capital equipment. 
Float RFQs, carry out techno-commercial bid evaluation, and finalize suppliers. 
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements.
