Job Description

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization, you will act as the “Chief Enablement Officer” and lead strategic advisor to the Sales Leaders (SVP level) for businesses across Regulated Industries and Canada. You will own the end-to-end enablement roadmap to accelerate talent development, refine GTM execution, and drive revenue growth across both organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of the end-to-end Enablement strategy, plans, calendar and agenda for the Enterprise and Commercial Sales Organizations.
  • Analyzes and interprets key sales metrics to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
  • Understands Sales Industry and GTM approach and uses knowledge to build credibility and trust with Sales Leaders.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies.
