Review and evaluate M&E design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications prepared by consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements, cost targets, and compliance with local authority regulations (e.g., ST, SPAN, BOMBA, TNB, IWK, and Local Councils).

Provide strategic input during concept and schematic design stages to achieve cost-effective, efficient, and sustainable M&E systems.

Collaborate with the Head of Project to understand development requirements, feasibility parameters, and ensure all M&E designs meet the approved budget and design intent.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, civil, and landscape teams to resolve design interfaces, technical discrepancies, and ensure seamless multidisciplinary integration.
