Job Description

A*STAR Procurement enables the organisation's research mission by ensuring that procurement activities are conducted with integrity, transparency, value-for-money, and operational efficiency. The division partners closely with stakeholders across A*STAR to deliver compliant, timely, and strategically aligned procurement outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Procurement Execution: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requisition support, sourcing, evaluation, approval, and contract management, ensuring timely and compliant outcomes.

  • Policy Operationalisation & Advisory: Interpret and implement procurement policies and procedures to meet business needs. Work closely with stakeholders to provide sound procurement advice that balances public accountability, prudent use of funds, and operational efficiency.
