Manager / Senior Manager, Procurement

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Manager / Senior Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving the University’s procurement goals, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering value by upholding the principles of open and fair competition, transparency, and value for money in all procurement activities.

The successful candidate will have to provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders involved in procurement activities and mentor procurement business partners in stakeholders’ engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Procurement

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned divisions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the University’s goals.
• Drive cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
