Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals
Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain
Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits
Ensure compliance with industry standards (, RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling
Maintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controls
Monitor and improve product quality metrics (, FPY, PPM, COPQ)
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues
Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols
Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams
Build a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the team
