About the Role

This role sits within Group Distribution Office and is the centre of excellence for distribution reporting process and reporting systems. This role delivers value to AIA by facilitating management decision-making process with timely, accurate and insightful reports and dashboards. It handles large volume of data, coordinates with multiple stakeholders including senior stakeholders such as channel CEOs, LBU distribution heads and GCDO, and needs to communicate the data in layman terms on a day-to-day basis, draw conclusions from data and provide insights to management. This role supports GDO to manage annual Strategic Planning process, including Strat Plan template review, data collections and deliver Strat Plan summary deck to senior management.
