Manager / Senior Manager, Tenancy, Business Development & Enterprise Events

This employee is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of tenant management across the Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) campus. This includes overseeing new leases, lease renewals, day-to-day enquiries, service bundling, and relationship-building to support tenant satisfaction and long-term retention.
As part of the wider company vision, the employee will also help explore new revenue channels, support data-driven performance reporting, and provide key operational support to ensure smooth execution. Additionally, he/she will contribute to broader BD initiatives that intersect with tenant engagement and programming collaboration.
1. Tenancy Management & Reporting Manage the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, renewals, reinstatements, and handovers.
