BYD Pakistan is looking for a Manager Service Readiness & Enablement in their Customer First Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in the automotive industry
The incumbent will oversee after-sales operations across multiple automotive dealerships, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and achievement of service performance targets. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, process excellence, and profitability. Strong systems proficiency, including SAP and ERP knowledge, is highly desirable.
This role involves process optimization and structured performance management across the dealer network. It will also support network development initiatives, including dealership feasibility assessments, budget oversight, and enhancement of service standards and brand experience.
