Manager, Shipboard HR Programs

The Manager Shipboard HR Programs at CCL is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of strategic HR programs that support the company’s HR strategy. The Manager Shipboard HR Programs is responsible for developing, designing, implementing and auditing HR policies and HR standard operating procedures that govern the fleet. Beyond policy, this individual serves as a Project Manager for organizational changes that are required for our shipboard workforce ensuring regulatory, legal and MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) compliance. This role is accountable to ensure that all fleet policies, procedures, and staffing projects align with maritime regulations and organizational goals, acting as a liaison between HR and shipboard operations.
