JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for supervision/inspection of mechanical equipment refurbishment & repair (where applicable), calibration, etc. Responsible for assisting the Commissioning Manager with the completion and commissioning procedures and documentation, including Mechanical completion activities. Responsible for equipment installation & field testing. Assist with preparing the procurement specifications of various Machinery and generating spare parts requisitions, for the marine equipment. Assisting in ensuring the preservation of equipment till they are commissioned, including preparation of necessary preservation verification records. Responsible for equipment mechanical completion and handover to commissioning. Review of manufacturing data book (Mech. Eqpt.) supplied by contractors and vendors to check compliance with project standards.
