Job Description

                    Key responsibilities  Oversee daily business and operational activities across departments 
Lead and manage operations staff to ensure productivity and efficiency 
Develop and implement operational SOPs, workflows, and process improvements 
Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and business targets 
Coordinate with sales, purchasing, logistics, and aftersales teams 
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations 
Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and operational problem-solving 
Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction initiatives 
Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management 
 Key Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Business,Engineering 
Management, or related field 
Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or operations experience, preferably in the automotive industry
