Manager / SM Structured Finance

We are partnering with a reputable bank to hire a Manager / Senior Manager (Structured Finance) to support financing transactions across energy, renewables, infrastructure, and transportation sectors.

This role offers exposure to the full project finance lifecycle, from origination and structuring to financial close and post-execution portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of financing transactions from origination to drawdown
• Structure transactions and develop detailed financial models with sensitivity analysis
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate financing documentation with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and present credit applications to the Credit Committee and manage approval processes
• Assist in sourcing new opportunities through market research and proposal preparation
