Role Overview
The Manager, Social, PR, Influencers, Content & Community is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day execution, coordination, and optimization of AIR MILES’ social media presence, influencer initiatives, PR programs, content planning, and online community management. This role leads a team of specialists and agency partners to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality content, meaningful collector engagement, and strong brand reputation across all digital and earned channels.
 

This manager supports the development of channel strategies and plays a key role in bringing campaign plans to life, ensuring alignment with brand goals and marketing priorities.
