Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise site teams and monitor performance to meet service standards and client expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on all soft services matters.
- Coordinate and monitor vendors and contractors, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
- Handle incidents, complaints, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with licenses, insurances, and regulatory requirements.
- Support achievement of contract revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support sustainability and operational excellence initiatives across soft services.
