Manager, Software Engineering (Account Management)

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Account Management team. The team owns the customer-facing self‑service channels that customers depend on to manage their auth, identity, and security related state – operationally critical surfaces that directly affect customer experience, support efficiency, and fraud/risk outcomes. Working in tight partnership with our internal decisioning, checkout, risk, security, and analytics teams, this role requires a strong cross‑functional leader who can manage competing priorities while providing rigorous, end‑to‑end technical stewardship.
