Purpose & Scope
Reporting to the Department Head, Asset Performance – Solar & BESS, the Solar Asset Performance Manager is accountable for driving performance excellence across Sembcorp's global Solar PV portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high‑performing, reliable, and optimized solar assets by leading asset monitoring, conducting in‑depth performance and reliability analysis, and championing the standardization and compliance of asset performance practices across Markets.
