At Coats Digital, the Solutions Consulting Manager (Brands) typically sits at the intersection of technology, fashion brands, and enterprise consulting, helping global apparel and footwear brands adopt and maximise digital solutions as well as collaborate with vendors.
The primary responsibilities include:
Partner with Sales to understand brand client needs

Lead discovery workshops with fashion and apparel brands

Map business challenges to Coats Digital solutions (PLM, costing, materials optimization, etc.)

Design tailored solution architectures

Deliver product demos and presentations to executive stakeholders

Advise brands on digital transformation strategy

Assess current product development and sourcing processes
