Manager, Solutions Design

Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in solution design, sector-specific methodologies, and advanced tools, ensuring industry-leading standards and innovation.
• Champion the development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of facility and transport design capabilities within the country organization.
• Lead the design of optimal commercial and operational solutions for both new and existing customers.
• Partner closely with customers, Business Development (BD), and internal stakeholders to deeply understand supply chain requirements, challenges, and growth ambitions.
• Translate customer insights into compelling, data‑driven solutions that clearly articulate DHL’s value proposition.
• Provide solution‑specific advice and analytical inputs to BD Leads to support sales strategy, budgeting, performance reviews, and deal optimization.
