  YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES   
 Leading Pan-India Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations. 
 Partnering with SBUs to collate Manpower plan and budget, ensuring that hirings are basis the approved plan and budget through out the year.  
 Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and syncing the needs with availability of talent in the market. 
 Managing the TA process right from sourcing to onboarding within the specified timelines with strict adherence to TA policy and keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) 
 Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding activities and ensuring new employees are settled well.
