The Manager – Storage and Backup will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-grade backup strategies across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise backup platforms and workable knowledge of storage technologies, with hands-on proficiency in policy enforcement, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end backup lifecycle including job scheduling, retention, and SLA adherence.
Lead design and deployment of enterprise backup tools across hybrid environments.
Configure multi-tier storage for backups (dedupe appliances, tape, object).
Ensure consistent application-aware backups for databases and enterprise apps.
