We are hiring for our new store in Rawalpindi.

Manager – Store Operations

Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree with 10 to 12 years of hands‑on experience in retail management and at least 2+ years in a similar role managing store operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Ensure consistent compliance with the execution of all company Policy & Procedures and maintain an environment that is results‑driven.
• Analyze and prepare reports to make sound business decisions and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved;responsible for planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales.
