What is the Opportunity?

Finance Shared Services (FSS) is RBC’s centralized finance operations engine. As Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Delivery, you will drive execution of FSS-owned transformation initiatives—from process improvements and system upgrades to regulatory adaptations and organizational redesigns. You’ll translate operational challenges into strategic opportunities, integrate large-scale initiatives from adjacent teams (Operations Process Engineering and TEO Transformation Office) into business-as-usual operations, and serve as a trusted delivery partner who builds credibility through rapid learning and cross-functional collaboration.
