About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to join our growing team in Noida. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and scaling revenue-generating partnerships across Fintech, Financial Services , Loyalty, E-Commerce and internet service provider verticals. You will own both the hunting and farming charter — bringing in new partners while deepening and monetising existing relationships — with a strong mandate to drive and sustain a partnership portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and on-board high-value strategic partners across Fintech, FinServ Loyalty, E-Commerce and internet service provider
  • Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle: initial outreach, pitching, negotiation, contract closure, and go-live.
