Manager, Strategy & Business Development

About the Role
You will be a senior member of the Integration Strategy team & CARSOME's new data & AI platform, reporting directly to the Head of M&A & Ecosystem Strategy. This role is mission-critical to scaling our data & AI platform, and unlocking group-wide synergy value across Carsome, iCar, and WapCar.

You will drive:


+ Commercial Strategy & B2B monetization both externally and with our dealer ecosystem

+ Product strategy execution with cross-functional alignment

+ Strategic partnerships for data + commercial expansion

+ Group integration and synergy initiatives linked to OKRs and growth


You will shape how our data & AI platform delivers value to BFSI, OEMs, insurers, mobility partners, and our internal dealer ecosystem, leveraging data, AI, and insights to solve high-impact problems.

This role requires strategic thinking, customer obsession, commercial execution, and product fluency.
