Manager, Strategy

Job Overview As the Manager, Strategy you will support the enablement of our long‑term strategic plan, through cross‑functional project management and strategy development. You will be responsible for driving key projects forward, including defining timelines, developing and managing the project plan, delivering key areas of work, and working with the team to track progress and unblock challenges along the way.

You thrive in an agile environment and can balance multiple projects at once. You connect dots, foresee barriers and opportunities with implementation of change, simplify complex scenarios, bring clarity to confusion, and provide solutions and appropriate recommendations to solve anticipated needs.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on‑site.
