The Substance Use Health Program Manager leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Mental Health and Addictions Treatment (MHAT) Hub, including 24/7 residential treatment, mobile, and drop‑in services for people who use substances. This role oversees program operations, supervises the Substance Use Health Team, and ensures client‑centered, trauma‑informed, and culturally safe care for individuals facing complex challenges related to substance use, homelessness, and mental health. As a key member of the Operational Management Team, the manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a high‑functioning, inter‑professional team and uphold service quality.
