**Execute supplier development initiatives to improve quality, delivery, and sustainability, ensuring suppliers meet global aerospace standards. The role requires strong on-site presence (≈70%) at assigned suppliers to drive hands-on improvement, recovery, and capability building.**

+ Lead and deploy APQP activities with suppliers for new, transferred, or high-risk parts.
+ Ensure robust PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and PPAP readiness at suppliers and ensure quality at rate.
