Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Manager, Supply Planning & Replenishment to lead and optimize end-to-end supply planning operations across our distribution network. This role is critical in ensuring the right products are available at the right place, at the right time, while balancing service levels, inventory investment, and operational efficiency.
As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Demand Planning, Distribution, Operations, and Franchise Partners to drive continuous improvement, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support business growth.
