Exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join the dynamic team at LA Bella Lifestyle Properties Inc. in the beautiful city of Tagaytay, Cavite. This full-time role will see you leading a dedicated team and overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of this thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all four to five cottages in the Forest
2. Oversee staff scheduling, training and development
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience
4. Monitor inventory, budgets and financial performance
5. Identify opportunities for growth and process improvements
6. Liaise with suppliers, vendors and other key stakeholders
7. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
