Job Summary
The Manager, Talent & Training is responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of government-funded Train & Place programs across Cyber Security and other high-growth industries. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and successful talent placement outcomes.
The position serves as the primary focal point for ministries, funding bodies, certification partners, academia institutions, and internal departments to ensure seamless program execution, audit readiness, and funding compliance.
This is a managerial leadership role focused on governance, coordination, compliance oversight, and cross-department supervision.
