About the Role
Pixalate is looking for a high-impact Manager of Talent & People Operations to lead our growth from the front lines. This is not a “desk management” role; we need a professional who possesses the strategic mindset of an HR leader and the relentless execution of a top-tier recruiter.

You will be the guardian of our talent lifecycle, owning the process from the initial contact with hiring managers to the candidate’s first anniversary and beyond. This role is essential to Pixalate’s growth, requiring a player-coach who can expertly manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while ensuring our HR operations remain seamless and scalable.
