Overview

As a Tax Manager, you will be a part of our Private Tax practice, advising private organizations and high net worth individuals on domestic and cross‑border tax planning, estate and wealth transfer, post‑mortem planning, asset protection and philanthropic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement tax strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
• Correspond with legal counsel and tax authorities on client issues.
• Assist with reorganisations, researching compliance and planning issues, and reviewing personal, corporate and trust tax returns.

Skills and Attributes

• Identify planning opportunities and prepare correspondence describing the income tax implications of transactions.
• Research client issues from planning or compliance work using online sources.
