Roles & Responsibilities:
A.) Organisation Development:
1) Play a key role in developing HR Strategies in line with the business strategy.
2) Develop, implement, and manage strategies for organizational development aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
3) Assess organizational needs through data analysis, surveys, and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Participating & analyzing the survey reports visa-a-view organization positions and suggesting management on corrective actions.
4) Design and execute change management initiatives, including restructuring, culture transformation, and process improvement.
5) Relook at organization structure in line with the business strategy. Annual revisiting of Job descriptions & Position evaluations.
