**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Project & Delivery Management
+ Lead and manage end to end project delivery for complex operational and technology enabled initiatives, with an emphasis on ITSS help desk and operational support readiness
+ Own project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout, including:
