TalentFish is casting a line for a Manager, Technology (Delivery, iWin). This is a contract-to-hire role located in Ontario (preferred) or British Columbia, Canada. The reason this position exists is to provide strong delivery and people leadership for a critical pillar of a premium software and digital campaign ecosystem. This role leads cross-functional technical teams through the full lifecycle of intake, design, development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with business and customer goals. This position goes beyond traditional project management. It blends delivery leadership, people management, and operational excellence to enable self-directed teams to thrive while delivering complex, API-driven software solutions at scale.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- 7+ years of experience in software product development, preferably within martech or platform-based environments
