Manager - Third Party Due Diligence

**Global Compliance Program**

+ Drive the continuous enhancement and maturity of the Global Compliance Program, including optimization of compliance processes, procedures, policies, controls, training frameworks, and governance mechanisms, while ensuring effective and efficient allocation of available resources.
+ Lead and support the global implementation and operationalization of compliance initiatives, including policies, procedures, due diligence methodologies, training programs, and compliance technology/tools within the assigned area of responsibility.
+ Monitor, assess, and interpret evolving regulatory requirements, enforcement trends, and industry best practices relevant to third party compliance and due diligence, and support timely enhancements to the Global Compliance Program accordingly.
