Manager, Third Party Logistics

**Description:**

The Third Party Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end operations at our Burlington Distribution Center. Incumbent will work closely with both internal (CSR, Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality) and external (LSP, Warehouse team UPS) stakeholders.

**Responsibilities** :

+ Oversight of all Sun Pharma 3PL activities (inbound & outbound) for CA market
+ Maintain complete oversight of UPS operations and work closely on a daily basis with UPS team to ensure seamless/timely receipt and dispatches of finished good
+ Manages SAP/WMS Processes and Data Controls
+ Track shipment delays and improve delivery accuracy
+ Work with Warehouse team on reducing shipment errors and putting necessary CAPAs in place. Work with CSR and UPS to minimize returns, damages and improve overall shipping accuracy
+ Work closely with CSR on timely DO execution and provide necessary updates on shipment status
