As they continue to evolve their people strategy, they are looking for an experienced Manager, Rewards to join their Total Rewards team - taking ownership of compensation, benefits, sales incentives, and rewards operations across the
organisation.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, sitting within the People function and reporting to a senior Rewards leader, with direct exposure to HR Business Partners, business leaders, Finance, and external partners including consultants and technology vendors.
