Manager - Trade Ops - Pak - FTC - ions Group-PAKCOE

The incumbent will be responsible for end to end management of Exports as well as related sub products and communications as per Bank's internal policies, SOP's and ICC guidelines wherever applicable and ensuring that risk and control measures are duly followed and are adequate. The coverage will be all the areas of Trade Finance for various business segments

• Provide advice and consultation to commercial customers related to Export Finance, Export Payments, Document Checking, Letter of Credit Advising/Confirmation/Transfer, Collections, Risk Participation.
• Provide advice and consultation to Product Development Team with respect to Trade Finance activities in accordance with International Practices and ICC Publications/OPM/APPM/Local Rules and Regulations.
• Ensure all procedures that are developed comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines.
• Review customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy them.
