Brief Job Description:

• Facilitate soft/behavioral/ technical learning programs
• Assess Training Needs by gathering information about the current level of competencies of participants
• Design and develop Training and Development programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs
• Design session flow to achieve objectives of behavioural training
• Responsible for rolling out the Training Calendar for the Organisation
• Content creation for training & maintaining training libraries
• Provide feedback to management to assist in the development of training programs that positively impact department performance improvement goals
