What the role is:

You work with various centres and schools housed under Armour Training Institute (ATI) to develop and implement up-to-date learning science, sport science and training technology initiatives.

What you will be working on:

• Develop and implement learning programmes and training initiatives
• Integrate sports science and apply training technologies
• Enhance learning effectiveness
• Design engaging curricula
• Analyse training data
• Challenge(s):
  • Meeting the changing inclinations of a new generation of learners
  • Leveraging emerging technologies to train more effectively, efficiently, and engagingly

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in Training & Learning Development is preferred
• Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
