Manager - Training Solutions

Position Summary: The Training Solutions Manager will oversee the content and solutions development team for maintenance and technical training. The manager will influence decisions of training content modality and translation of business needs into skill based and knowledge transfer learning solutions. This position will manage projects and oversee overall program design to ensure solutions are aligned, sustainable and flexible to the growth and changes of the business and learners. The manager will be responsible to leverage technology to support the modernization of training for the maintenance department. In addition to managing projects, this role will optimize team processes within unit or across the maintenance training team to enhance overall efficiency and speed to market.
