Leads all areas of the Treat operations training department providing a high-load of new hires and frequent continuous education support to Treat operation. Directs a mature and solid training team to establish the operational goals and work plans within training according to strategic objectives. Acts as a guide and mentor to growing training departments within the organization. In this role, you will… Establishes and directs Treat trainings for new hires’ positions within the organization. Establishes and directs continuous educations programs and software updates training for CAD designers and Clinical specialists.
